What is the most popular envelope style?

Envelopes come in various shapes, sizes and colors. Create the perfect invitation or announcement with envelopes in an array of colors, textures and styles to fit your personality and occasion. Invitation Envelopes, also referred to as A-Line envelopes, are often used for weddings, graduations, and many other occasions when the invitee's attention needs to be grabbed. When can I expect to receive my order?

Blank envelopes typically ship within one or two business days after receiving an order. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day. For example, if your order is placed at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, and you will be able to track your package with the shipping carrier.

If an item is backordered for more than 3 business days, you will be notified.


What is Envelope Monster's return policy?

Envelope Monster will accept returns of all plain products if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds, less the shipping and restocking fee will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages, unless we made an error. Returns must be in sellable condition, or a refund will not be processed.

Please contact our Customer Service team at info@envelopemonster.com prior to your return and we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your returned products to. You may use any delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), but be sure to ship via a trackable method to ensure Envelope Monster receives your return. We do not accept returns of printed products, unless Envelope Monster made an error on your order.

  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused, the carrier will return the package(s) to Envelope Monster. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the outbound shipping and the return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from any credit the customer is due. The restocking fee will also apply.
  • Restocking Fee: There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, which will be waived if a replacement order is placed. For example, if you purchased 1,000 envelopes for $30.00, your total refund would be $22.50 ($30.00 - $7.50 restocking fee = $22.50).
